Excellent location and still quiet, very well equipped, and set up with love and care for guests, the environment and the wider world.

The duvet was a bit too warm due to unseasonally hot weather, but solved by taking it out of the cover. Not a biggie.

Excellent apartment, well situated with short walk into town centre and city walls and parking. For us 10/10 - large comfortable living area with well fitted kitchen and cleaning products. V comfy bed in large bedroom. Bathroom clean, modern and functional bath with shower above. 10/10 for us but rated 9/10 as being penthouse there were a lot of stairs to climb, which may be an issue for those with physical disabilities. Will be back.

We loved the apartment. Beautifully maintained, simple and tasteful decor. Great location to explore Chester and close to a number of excellent restaurants. Helen left welcoming gifts and snacks which was kind. There are good books and tourist info books and pamphlets available. Very helpful.

Not much. We don’t like climbing stairs😀but we were very aware of the apartment location at the top and eventually figured out the buttons on the wall are lights, not doorbells. 💡 We were puzzled about how to keep the water and wall heaters going. You may want to check how to use the electric heater settings for both water and furnaces.
