I stayed in this apartment during a trade fair in Germany, and it was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, the apartment was already dirty. There was dog feces near the entrance, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were hairs everywhere. The bed sheets were clearly not clean. After spending just one night there, I started developing large itchy bites and welts all over my body. During the trade fair the next day, the itching became unbearable, and it became obvious that I had been bitten by bed bugs. My entire body was covered with painful, red bites. At around 10 PM, I tried calling the host to report the problem, but nobody answered. I woke up again at 4 AM because of the severe itching and discomfort. Around 6 AM, the host finally came to change the sheets. Before changing them, he asked why I wanted new sheets. I personally showed him all the bites and swollen red marks covering my body. I also have photos documenting the condition of my skin and the bites. Despite seeing the situation himself, there was very little concern shown. Even worse, the replacement sheets were still dirty. They had visible stains, dirt, and dog hair on them. It honestly looked as if they had not been properly washed. The apartment appears to have dogs, and dog hair was present on the bedding. Guests should not have to sleep in such conditions. After the sheets were changed, I was finally able to rest for a few hours. However, when I woke up later and checked my phone, I found an email from the owner reminding me that check-out was at 10:00 AM the next day. Normally this would not be a problem, but after everything that had happened, the timing and tone of the message felt extremely inappropriate.

- Räume sind sehr klein und Decken ziemlich niedrig - Lüfter im Bad defekt (sehr laut) - man hört die Personen oben drüber dauerhaft (trampeln) - Hund von den Eigentümern oft am bellen - Waschmaschine bei Ankunft hat stark nach Abwasser gerochen und sie stand bis zur viertel Trommel voll mit schleimigen Abwasser - man kann den Müll nicht selbst entsorgen Highlight: Eigentümer wollte 50€ für neue Bettwäsche haben. Mein Partner hatte eine Verletzung und an manchen Stellen kam etwas Blut auf die Bettwäsche. Diese haben wir gewaschen bei Abreise, jedoch war diese nicht ganz sauber. Und anstatt es nochmal zu waschen, hat man uns angelogen und gesagt wäre nicht mehr zu reinigen. Wir haben die Wäsche abgeholt und nochmal selbst gewaschen und sie war sofort sauber. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht.

Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieus et la bienveillance de notre hôte. Le logement est joliment décoré, très propre et fonctionnel. Les points d'intérêt sont proches. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need, parking right next to the front door, which is very convenient and safe, there is also a washing machine with a dryer in the apartment, which is also a big plus. Thank you to the owner for the care, we really liked it.

Keine Terrasse, keine Heizung ( nur Fußbodenheizung) wo man mal was drüber hängen kann zum Trocknen Matratze zu weich
