The apartments are located between the 2nd and 4th floors of the building and only accessible via staircase - there is no elevator in the building. Please note that the apartments are surrounded by bars in a popular area of Cologne. Guests may experience increased noise volume level on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please note that none of the apartments offer a view of the Rhine. Please note that some of the apartments can only be accessed by stairs, and no elevator is available.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Non male per un breve viaggio di lavoro. Posizione centralissima!"

La posizione in pieno centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile la metro per arrivare in Fiera. Internamente tutto sommato abbastanza nuovo e moderno, sebbene in una palazzina decisamente datata. La pulizia nella media. Abbastanza confortevole il letto e la vista delle guglie del Duomo era stupenda.

L'odore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno era terribile..lavabo un po' piccolo per un bagno abbastanza grande. Il fatto di avere il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè poteva essere utile ma non avendo bustine nè cialde, era un servizio inutilizzabile mentre il frigo era piccolino ma ben funzionante. Sedie in camera con delle macchie bianche, tv non funzionante! Al 4° piano senza ascensore effettivamente con i bagagli è stato un po' difficoltoso.

The location was great

It’s obvious the owners have not put any money back into the property for years. The facilities are so old and worn down - impossible to clean. It looks like an old abandoned apartment. The towels are so old, I have better towels used as rags in my garage - not exaggerating. I have a high tolerance for such things, but went out of my way to specifically draft this review, because much of what is neglected at this place could easily be fixed with the slightest bit of concern and minimal money.

No breakfast not even teabags or sachet of coffee didn't lokecanything about property location was good it was not clean or comfortable no cleaning products to clean it my self very disappointed

Bathroom awful very unkempt and in need of a good clean and revamp very old fashioned
