The reception is 820 feet from the apartments and is located in the Old Town. Parking is available at Heumarkt car park which is 328 feet from the property. It costs EUR 27 per 24 hours. The apartments are located between the 2nd and 4th floors of the building and only accessible via staircase - there is no elevator in the building. Please note that the apartments are surrounded by bars in a popular area of Cologne. Guests may experience increased noise volume level on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please note that none of the apartments offer a view of the Rhine. Please note that some of the apartments can only be accessed by stairs, and no elevator is available.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. De lokatie was fantastisch. Het personeel super behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Jammer dat er geen koffie aanwezig was. Ook kregen we de stort douche niet aan. De douche, het bad alles werkte verder perfect. Dus echt een luxe probleempje.

"Buen apartamento con muchas comodidades"

La ubicación es excelente, esta cerca de todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad, se puede llegar caminando a cualquier parte. Ademas, hay muchísimos restaurantes cerca. A pesar de que la zona es bulliciosa, el apartamento esta aislado del ruido y se puede descansar muy bien (yo me hospedé con un bebe). La cocina esta muy bien equipada. El secador de pelo, la calefaccion y el calentador de agua funcionan muy bien. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Ellos nos entregaron abundantes toallas para la ducha. Las llaves se recogen en el hotel Hayk, esta a 1-2 minutos del apartamento y las indicaciones que envían son muy detalladas. Si viajas con coche, puedes dejarlo en el parking de la plaza Heumarkt, ya que la calle del apartamento es peatonal.

El apartamento es un tercer piso sin ascensor por lo que hay que cargar las maletas. Nosotros tuvimos problemas con la lavadora y aunque enseguida nos mandaron a un técnico para revisarla, no pudieron arreglarla en el momento.

"Wonderful place in the heart of Cologne"

The old town location is perfect, you’re right in the middle of the city surrounded by everything. It’s a simple place, but it’s clean and has everything you need. Staff were super responsive and helpful.

Très très bien situé, proche de restaurant et de toutes commodités. La literie est au top ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel. L'hote nous a surclassé ! Merci beaucoup
