The apartments are located between the 2nd and 4th floors of the building and only accessible via staircase - there is no elevator in the building. Please note that the apartments are surrounded by bars in a popular area of Cologne. Guests may experience increased noise volume level on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please note that none of the apartments offer a view of the Rhine. Please note that some of the apartments can only be accessed by stairs, and no elevator is available.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Für uns leider zu laut."

Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Bis 3.00 Uhr in der Nacht leider sehr laut. Selbst mit Gehörschutz in den Ohren und geschlossenem Fenster war die Lautstärke für meinen Geschmack zu hoch.

Check in was easy and they upgraded us for free. Saw we were a group of 5 adults rather than family of 5, so gave us a bigger room. Room was ideal for our needs.

"Great location, spacious, a little worn."

A lot of space and great location. The beds are comfortable. Good value for money.

It was pretty worn down and the canopy over the balcony is mouldy.

Very nice host. Location is the best, right in the center. Very good value for money

Very small bathroom, small kitchen. Kitchen not equipped sufficiently. A bigger pot would have been handy. No A/C.

Apartments clean, Location city center all around bar, restaurants, 2 square, Cologne Cathedral 5 min, shop street 5 min, river bank 2min, we are stay for 4 days, we are happy. From 1 bedroom, you can see 2 Cathedral. Picture from apartments bedroom window.
