"Don't go for this."

Nothing at all.

Last moment they cancelled my booking saying their private booking of owner. Very unfair sittuation. Because of this I had to change my entire tour plan. Highly unsatisfied.

Location is great and convenient. There is a nice restaurant next to it. Facilities are good, nice balcony for evening beer.

There is a fire place with one electric and 3 gas burners . Don't use electric one, it shut electricity in the apartment. To restore electricity find a main circuit breakers nearby a door to the room with big windows. Not a big deal :)

"Bedroom Scam"

Size of the apartment

Extremely ugly building from outside and entryway.apartment is modern with bad mould smell and floors were not cleaned for ages.But this is not the best part.I have obviously booked whole apartment for 2 days but owner have decided that if the apartment has 2 bedrooms she can squeeze another party into the same apartment.she have called me after 10pm to let me know that 2 more people will be accommodated in our apartment at 6am so we have to share living room and bathroom with them.i have sent her the screenshot from booking that we have rented one bedroom but the whole apartment with private bathroom.i have declined that we let anyone 6am to our place so she get very angry and extremely not nice over the phone.please stay away from this scam and book elswhere

"Pay for what you get"

The location was good close to restaurants, grocery store, and cheap tuk tuk to anywhere.

The building is old, yet the apartment is somewhat updated. There is mold in the bathroom due to no ventilation. Also, it seemed the floor wasn't sweep prior to checking in.

"Value for money."

Bright, spacious, fully renovated room with balcony and partial sea view in an old traditional apartment. Responsive coordinator and a very nice, gentle guard man. Functional air conditioning. Very close to the sea.

No blankets in the allocated bedroom. Ants in the bedroom and other insects in the shower room which was connected outside via some crack. More cleaning might be able to done (i.e. some shelves, a bit moldy smelling etc).
