Nahverkehrsanbindung und Verkehrsanbindung nach Köln und Umland gut. Fussläufig gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermitter war schnell und Verbindlich. Sehr entgegen kommen. Haben ihn nicht persönlich angetroffen. Hat trotzdem alles reibungslos geklappt.

Zigarettengeruch im Flur und Aufzug. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind nicht gepflegt. Gut wäre bei 7 Tagen, wenn es eine Garnitur Handtücher zum wechseln gäbe

I really enjoyed my week here, the building looks a bit brutal in architecture but is well maintained with a good elevator to the 3rd floor. The designated car park space behind the building was easy to find as was the key location. Having a Lidl and a Rewe supermarket nearby is brilliant as is a selection of local restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Then there is the U train/tram which can take you into the centre of Cologne in about 25 minutes or to Bonn in about 50 minutes with departures often every 10 minutes. The easiest way to get tickets is with the app. The train/tram passes behind the building, I find trains to be quite a pleasant noise, overall the apartment was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The WiFi worked well.

Only little things, there is an oven around the corner on a trolley with a microwave underneath. I did cook a pizza in the oven but felt this could be improved. Plenty of hot water but it takes ages to arrive. I couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink, only the filter things, meaning more wasted water when you wash the dishes. These are small issues, I would stay here again.

The apartment is located near the Efferen U-Bahn station, making it accessible by public transportation. However, you’ll need a ticket that covers fare zone 2b because it is technically Hürth, not central Cologne. While the apartment’s décor could use some updating, it provides all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Laundry facilities are available in the basement, though they cost €3.50 and require coins to operate. Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transit options are all located nearby.

Everything was superb. I would recommend it.
