Very good communication with a super friendly host via WhatsApp. Always on hand and helpful. Location is fab, easy access to A4/A1, tram, Cologne city centre, petrol station and local shops and amenities. Small but well furnished kitchen - really liked the extra little oven and microwave. Big wardrobe and storage space. Very comfortable bed with the biggest pillows I have ever seen. Extra sofa, table and chairs. Everything was there, from toilet roll to 4 towels (for one person) and bedding. Very nice, furnished balcony out to the rear, away from the main road, able to see my car in the allocated free parking space. Price (especially compared to other properties in this block of flats) was great. I was on my own and the space was great, but I think it's also big enough for two people.

Could only watch TV through my own login into GoogleTV, couldn't find terrestrial TV. Maybe a wall clock would be nice and a pair of scissors in the kitchen, everything else was great.

Everything is excellent - location, value for money, near to Lidl and train station, well-organized unit and very responsive and accommodating unit owner. We will definitely book again this property in the future.

- Very clean - Good amenities - Close to big markets like Lidl and Rewe. 2 mins away by foot - Conected with downtown with public transport. Ubahn is 200m away.

- Need to pay to wash clothes - only 1 set of linen for min 7 day booking request - 1 set of each size towels for min. 7 day booking request.

Location is quiet and easily accessible by transportation (Tram station nearby). Owner is nice and answers fast. Apartment is comfortable, perfect after a busy day visiting Koln.

Weather was a bit cold to fully enjoy the balcony. Will have to visit again!

Overall excellent stay! Very clean and tidy, nice comfortable king size bed, laundry option available, parking behind the building and good location. And super friendly host!!!!

Everything was wonderful,it has everything you need as described for a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, quiet and the size is perfect. The tram station is about 5 min walking ( 450 m) from which you can access any place in the city( use Google maps ). There is a gas station ( Aral) only 3 min walking opens 24 hours and there is big supermarket( Lidl)next to the tram station. The host is very friendly, polite and cooperative, he was reachable anytime and responded immediately. I think I will not find better place if I come again to Cologne, highly recommended.

It has everything for a comfortable stay, pillows and bedlinens were so comfy and the owner was helpful and kind. The location is also nice, peaceful and quiet, close to the train station.
