Cute 2-storey terraced house. Dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, stairs to the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Super easy check in. Very quiet neighbourhood. Several buses 5 min walk to city centre. Several groceries 5 min walk. Very new kitchen appliances and kitchenware; there is an oven, air fryer, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer. Everything is well maintained. Parking assigned by the door. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Garden with table and chairs to use.

Very well-maintained and presented. Kitchen well-equipped (as were other areas) Everton was a welcoming, helpful and very friendly host. Will stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Bristol.

Ya es la segunda vez que me quedo en este apt, la verdad me gusta mucho y lo han mejorado (el sofá cama de abajo es nuevo y la lámpara de abajo también), también me dejaron un poco de detergente para lavar la ropa, lo cual fue genial. Lo sigo recomendando.

1. Cómo mencioné la primera vez, el hecho de no tener tv en el cuarto la verdad que incómoda un poco, ya había sugerido la vez pasada que pongan una chiquita aunque sea. 2. No había shampoo ni acondicionador, lo cual es bastante fastidioso ya que no hay como lavarse el pelo. 3. El colchón de la cama (lado derecho) ya está un poco cedido, para la segunda noche ya fue incómodo dormir, deben voltearlo y/o cambiarlo.

Fantastic location. Local buses at bottom of road into city centre. No 41 @ 43 bus.. The property was perfect for us .Everton the landlord a lovely Gentleman... The property had everything in it that you needed cooking washing machine.. Home from home 🏡...Would defently recommend a stay if visiting Bristol..... Thanks again Everton.....

Convenient for the location we required. Dedicated parking spot.

Tight spiral staircase to bedroom - bit awkward for us older types. Has a garden as advertised, but not in the best shape for guest use (not a real issue for us, as it rained the whole week anyway).
