Great location. 2 min walk to the beach. Surf club was about a minute walk. Kawana shopping World directly over the back with shops and eateries. Well equipped apartment with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Our host Geraldine was excellent and very accomodating.

So many good things to say …… The size of the accommodation, the view from the balcony, the facilities, all excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Buddina. Greats hosts, Geraldine was friendly, informative and quick to respond to any queries we had.

It's conveniently close to shops and we enjoyed the beach views from the balcony. The hosts provided some Xmas decorations which added nicely to the atmosphere.

The sun gets up too early for the main bedroom.

Location very handy with elderly and children as it's close to kawana beach and just next to a shopping centre. The views were great too and the pool of the complex was amazing (super clean, airy and heated). The apartment wasn't overly decorated and was bright in the daytime and cozy in evening. The weber bbq was so easy to use and reclining couch a plus.

Instructions for operating equipment could be clearer. Would have enjoyed having a little sugar and milk for the first evening.
