"we did not stay as it was uninhabitable I would not have let my dog stay here and they would not refund me as I couldn’t"

Dirty old carpet in hallways was the first poor impression. The apartment was basic with very dated dowdy decor. The toilet was dirty. There was a pool of something at base of toilet. Definitely not lux. Adequate if you seek basic apartment.

"Disappointing"

Newly refurbished.

There was no soap, the TV did not work and there was NO HOT WATER! After 30 hours travelling I was very upset to find that I could not have a warm shower to freshen up. The apartment was clean and tidy but this lack of attention to the most basic facility left me cold!
