Lux Apartment in Gatwick

good location

dirty bedding, bathroom, had to clean toilet myself in order to feel comfortable to use it. duvet was just thrown over bed to make it seems like bed was freshly made but clearly it’s obvious that someone else slept on the same linen that was on including pillow case. had to put my personal towel and clothes over the bedding in order to sleep.

furniture was very old , no bath towel, tv remote didn’t work, curtains didn’t fit the window

great place to stay perfect to stay if your going to gatwick the next day

Nothing at all absolutely atrocious

Its the most dirtiest place ive ever stepped foot in, the sheets and duvet cover had stains all over it and black dots or bed bugs as me and my husband was up all night totally exausted from itching, the bathroon wasnt too bad but no hot water, the bed when we was in it was very uncomfortable and there was pubic hair on the bedside table plus the floor. I would never ever go again and even if it was free i still wouldnt, i was too tired to complain that evening as i had a flight to catch. This place should be condemed, oh and the settee that was there looked like they found it on the side of the road many years ago , i cannot say how upset i was that evening and if it wasnt soo late i would of slept in my car Totally discussing, if anyone else says different they are lying🤥

The linen and bedding felt old and well used. We feel overly safe in the property with the back door to the building open when we arrived and the key left in a letterbox for us to collect.

Definetly using that again when flying from gatwick. Perfect!
