Lux Apartment in Gatwick

Checking out.

All the floors when I arrive were all slippery. There were no towels when I arrived. The boiler was constantly going,, The shower didn't work properly, and the floor got soaked.. I arranged for a later check out because I'm on nights @ 14-00. 12-00 the cleaner was banging on the door. These people shouldn't b aloud to call this a hotel room.. The whole place is 2nd rate and made up from second hand furniture..

It wasn't as advertised. The WiFi didn't work. The back door didn't lock properly. I was very disappointed. I stayed fit 1 hour then left.

Bathroom lights too dark, water was cold for shower, the fridge freezed up my breakfast, cant open windows as dangerous and no natural light coming in. photos are misleading

It was convenient for the airport

There were no towels, and I called the owner, who said some would be brought round. The flat was generally clean, but I dropped my phone, and behind the unit is disgusting with dirt were the rest of the units. There was a fan, but it was covered in dust. There was only 1 fork. No soap for hand washing with. Not a very good experience

Nice bathtub

The location is good. I think about 5-6 minutes by Metrobus from Gatwick South terminal and the bus stop is just near the property. I took bus number 10. Ideal for a sleep over before an early morning flight or after a night one. The apartment is big and comfortable.

It was very hard for me to get into the property but after phoning the owner I sorted it out. There are no pubs or corner shops around but there is a Subway and two cafes opposite the property.

For us the location was perfect, easy to reach to/from the airport. The self check-in was really helpful.
