Absolutely nothing The facilities were trash and very unclean

The apartment was very dirty all through Very dusty, the bathroom facilities were not cleaned The towels were nasty

"Necessary stay, but not a good quality poor smell and comfort"

Was close to airport and we needed a last minute few hours sleep. Bathroom was best part of the room

Smelt like ash and cigarettes, itchy bedding and poor quilts and mattress, not a nice area or room.

"Convenient to airport but not very clean, needs updating"

Ease to Gatwick

Wasn’t clean. Towels were damp and smelly. Toilet seat loose. Door handles sellotaped on. Scared to sit on sofa not clean.

Discustinly dirty hairs in bed no smoke detector stains on bed fridge stank

"short and filthy"

I arrived and got into the property and after 5 minutes I booked into a hotel. The room looked like it hadn't been touched since the last person was in it. The bed was filthy. I messaged the owner stating that I had booked into a hotel which they replied 'If your not happy cancel and I will give refund'. I contacted Booking.com customer services and they stated that I would have to go back to the owner. I went back to the owner as I couldn't cancel on the app. They said to me that I would have to cancel it as soon as possible so I contacted Booking.com 5 minutes later and they contacted the owner to approve refund to which the owner refused. Absolute joke of a property, owner and service.
