Lime Tree Service Apartment - Near Artemis Hospital ,Gurgaon

The manager was nice and helpful

The property wasn’t ready at check in time. The furniture was dirty and unclean. It didn’t look a lime tree brand properly and lime tree should get out of it asap.

the location and the cleanliness,the parking was spacious.

the utensils were in a very bad state and faucets were leaky

Nice apartment nice manager, Rahul was very helpful.

Apartment was Clean. Peaceful location for group of friends to party

Staff working had lot of attitude. No one was available to wash utensils. Ask money to do so. There was no one to call or ask for help in odd hour of emergency. They were behaving like they are owners of property

I didn't get this room. They offered another apartment elsewhere that was not very favorable. The helpers Rohit and Dinesh helped us with whatever they could although we had to call them often.

I didn't get this room. Limetree exec Mukesh Singh called and said the property was unavailable and not in good condition. Obviously lied to force us to book another of their apartments that was totally new and in a construction heavy dusty locality. A smaller flat but we had to agree to the alternative as we were out of time.
