Lime Tree Service Apartment - Near Artemis Hospital ,Gurgaon

This apartment is just awesome. It feels like home. There is a big kitchen and lots of utensils are here. The staffs are so good especially Pankaj and Bahadur. Anything u need they will provide you. Ac, tv, water heater, elctric kettle, oven, aquafresh RO all are working. balconies are also big enough. A good place to stay with your family. Love it.

There was no breakfast option, also no option of providing water from the service apartment - had to send someone to buy water. The facilities are not as they seem in the picture of the property. 1. Cutlery/ Crockery was of very mediocre quality 2. Garbage bags/ Wastepaper baskets were not placed in rooms - there was just an open old style big garbage bin in the balcony 3. Hangars were of different types 4. Sofa was for just 2 people, whereas the property was booked for 4 people 5. There was inadequate space in the toilet washbasin 6. Toilet door was not working properly 7. The caretakers didn't place any amenities like soap, dishwashing liquid, hand towel, bath towel, bath mat and had to be requested 8. The coffee machine didn't work In general, the property is of very mediocre category, dont be misled by the "Exceptional" ratings provided by a few. There is no professional process of placing items in the rooms before guest checkin and I checked in quite late, around 6.30-7pm. Also the property doesn't check for functioning of all items before renting.

It was clean and spacious. Good enough for a catchup/party for a group of 4-5 people.

Very clean and hygienic property. The caretaker Pankaj was also very helpful. Definitely worth the money.
