Guests requiring early check-in and those arriving after 14:00 are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the Booking Confirmation. Guests are kindly requested to state the number of people staying in the room. This can be noted in the Special Request Box during reservation. Late check-out is available for an extra cost. Late check out until 16hs has an additional cost of 50% of the price paid per night. Late check out until 20hs has an additional cost equal to the price you paid per night. Please note that when checking out earlier than booked, the property will not refund the reservation cost. It is not allowed to bring bulky items up to the apartments (bicycles, electric scooters, etc). Sofia Apartment does not keep personal or valued items from guests. Please note that the option to put beds together is only available upon prior request and subject to availability. Please contact in advance to consult. Please note that if you require a crib, the request is subject to availability and carries an additional charge of €12 per night. The request will be valid upon acceptance of the charges and confirmation from Apartamentos Sofia.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
