NLDEThe photos shown online are completely misleading. The bathroom pictured doesn’t exist, the furniture is entirely different, and everything feels extremely old and neglected. There was visible mould in several corners (see pictures) and a very strong chemical smell that made it hard to breathe, especially for our kids. The towels were old and worn out (see pictures), the couches had visible stains, and several window frames were broken. (see pictures) The mattresses were so thin that sleeping was almost impossible. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear every sound from other rooms and the hallway. Despite trying to contact reception several times, no one was ever there, and our messages were completely ignored. We ended up leaving after two nights, because the conditions were unbearable for our family. Considering the high price, this was shocking and completely unacceptable. It completely ruined our holiday. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid booking this place, it’s shameful to offer such conditions and then ignore guests instead of showing honesty and offering at least a partial refund.
