Lovely and clean. Very compact but everything we needed.

Perhaps a 2 seater settee, rather than a 4 seater which would make room for a bedside table.

Lovely, well equipped, clean, compact but very comfortable studio apartment, which met all our needs for a 3 day stay in Exmouth. Kara was very personable and welcoming. We particularly appreciated her allowing us to store our bikes in her secure garage as one of our main reasons for staying in Exmouth was to cycle the Exe Estuary trail. Good location with a steady 15-20 minute walk to the town centre and/or sea front.

Location close to town center and beach easy access to supermarkets and the surrounding area accommodation was great shower was spacious take your own shower mat as floor got slippy welcome pack milk tea coffee and some biscuits

Small space which was fine but it did mean the bed was against the wall and getting in and out I found difficult

TV was a bit too small to really see ,but grateful for the use.

We found the tv controls hard to navigate and some stations did not work very well on one evening, the next evening they were fine.

Great little unit and very comfortable.
