Location clean and private very quiet and well equipped

This place is a little gem, it is so cosy and love the bee theme througout the property. It was so welcoming, and loved the fact that there was milk in the property along with coffee and tea bags and cookies so you didn't have to go out searching and I could have a cuppa as soon as I got there. The host was super lovely and even when I said I needed an extra plug socket as I was working from there, she went and got me an extension lead. Nothing was too much trouble. Although I was working I got to sightsee too and loved the fact this property was walking distance from the town so easy to get in and out and not have to worry about parking. Loved the little seating area outside, I was lucky with the weather and could sit outside with a drink and enjoy the sunshine.

There is nothing not to like, only that my stay there was not long enough. I will definitely return.

Clean and nicely decorated. Lots of thoughtful little touches making you feel at home.

It's the perfect place to stay for the lone traveller and couple. Very well designed, comfortable, bright, airy and spotlessly clean. It's the second time I've stayed, I absolutely love it and will be staying again in the future. The seafront and town are walking distance and there is a very convenient bus stop just around the corner for regular direct bus services to Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth.

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this place.

Self contained apartment- everything exceptionally clean, host was so lovely and very helpful

Tv was frustrating to use- had to ask host for assistance with it three times, couldn’t get terrestrial TV, also some family noise from above the apartment

The accommodation was perfect for a short stay as we didn't want to stay in a hotel

Nothing to not like it's a great place

All little items left to use.

Small double bed and good 25 minute walk to Exmouth marina for the river exe cafe evening.
