The apartment itself was nice

For any type of delivery service you have to go down stairs and meet them. Dumpsters to dump the trash is very far away makes it hard on someone who has issues with walking or having a lot of trash. Dishwasher didn’t work First night the tv had no card to watch tv

"Pleasant"

Love the property as a whole. Pool was very nice. Beautiful property

The mattresses in the rooms are the most uncomfortable bed. La Quinta is cheaper and has way better beds. It can make or break your stay.

Parking was convenient. Having a PIN code for security gate was a plus. Entering the building was accurate. Accessing the apartment was easy. Bedding is clean. Kitchen very clean. Space was enormous for a family of (4-8). Quite neighboring for a weekend stay Temperature was easy to adjust. Wi-fi was excellent with hundreds of cable access. Absolutely no bugs, critters or ants. Overall the apartment a 9.5

👎🏽 No pizza pan 👎🏽 Lighting glitchy in some rooms 👎🏽 A few minor stains on the carpet

"A time was had"

The pool did not work and we really wanted to chill at the pool and the shower curtain rode was rust causing the shower curtain to be dirty! The room sizes were cool! The appliances the balcony was a vibe!

"Met expectations. Will stay again."

Location for us was Great. Liked parking in a secure garage. Overall it was a great experience Will definitely stay again.

Seems like cleaning crew forgot to pickup outside patio area. Wet rugs in washer. Couldn’t get door open with code given. But Ike the prop manager answered right away and rectified the problem.

"No frills housing close to medical centers, not resort-like"

It was a good location to the medical center and had ceiling fans

The apartment was filthy and not at all the resort-like atmosphere advertised. All of the photos were from the clubhouse. The apartment itself was poorly maintained and not well cleaned. We found stained linens with hair, as if the beds had not been changed; old food and dead bugs in the carpet, broken furniture and lamps hidden in closets; the pool had a closure notice from the health department; the instructions shared via messages were often wrong and incomplete so we had to figure things out ourselves; there were extra beds added to the rooms so it could sleep 10, but dishes were supplied for 3-6 people depending on the dish; supplied toiletries were bottles of shampoo and 3 hotel bar soaps; air conditioning worked in living area only and didn’t blow into the sleeping areas though vents were open; the elevator in the garage was broken and alarming for most of our stay.

"THE DUMP!"

At first, the property manager seemed to speak kindly and accommodating before our arrival. We liked the pictures for this propety that were posted on booking.com. Have you heard the saying that goes like, "Never believe everything you see on the internet? This was an accurate example. Especially because they do not have actual current pictures of their apartments. We learned this the hard way, and I'm here to share it so that no one else goes through the same problem. Especially if you love cleanliness.

We felt taken advantage of by this property manager (since he was the contact person)during our scheduled stay from January 24-28 of 2025. Upon arrival, we discovered several cleanliness issues and reported them to the manager, who responded angrily. Their contract stated that guests should inspect the property upon arrival (which is what we did) to hold the previous guest accountable, but the place was NOT clean. Issues included: - Broken handles on closet doors - Cracked floors - Filthy carpets - Spilled coffee on the door - Dirty table mats with food stains on the dining table - Stains inside the refrigerator - The place smelled like a wet dog - Dirty, stained kitchen sink - Dirty bedsheets with hair - A filthy, old-looking couch cover The apartment looked very old. After driving over 16 hours, we were offered another apartment with similar issues. This second apartment had a dirty trash bag at the front door and also, smelled like a wet dog. Upon entering both apartments, we immediately started sneezing and had runny noses. I had breathing issues after being in the apartment for less than five minutes. The manager then offered us a third apartment, but we refused, not wanting to go through the hassle of inspecting another potentially dirty apartment. This place is not a resort; it’s a low-value property. I requested a refund and was only given a partial refund, with the manager claiming they needed to pay the cleaning crew because we entered the apartments. Clearly, this manager doesn’t know how to run a property. A manager should inspect the property between each guest to ensure it’s clean. He told us that due to a storm, the cleaning crew didn’t show up. My question is, if your cleaning crew didn’t show up, why rent the place out to others? **I would not recommend this place to anyone.**
