Decoration and air conditioner.

The security conditions near the apartment. After 6 pm, those are many homeless at the street.

The studio was ok, I understood what people were saying about the air conditioner. But if you followed her rules it was pretty decent. I had to let the room cool off first then I was able to let kitchen cool off. Which was hot muggy and humid, there is a lot of loud music from the street. But it’s also downtown, in my opinion there is nothing to go to in walking distance. The ceiling fan part in the dining room does not work, only the light part. And the bathroom is a ok size, just watch your head or you will bang it on the sink. And also if watch the shower. It’s very slippery. Other then that the bed was nice and comfortable the room was very spacious, the host was quick in her response.

As advertised. Close to everything. Comfortable and lots of nice touches (Water, AC on when I arrived, message when the flat would be ready for me earlier than normal check-in).

Sincerely, an irritant was the toilet pellet for deodorizing. The smell was too strong, unpleasant and pervaded the whole apartment. I eventually wrapped it in a plastic bag and put it in a closet that closed shut. Lots of people would not tolerate this strong smell.

The apartment was a perfect size and close to Minute Maid park.

Bed and pillows not very comfortable. Bit by a large spider while asleep.
