Cozy Downtown Studio by Toyota Center

Great location and the property owner was very responsive. Close to Toyota Center, Convention Center, Discovery Green and the red line to take you to NRG Stadium. Older property with updates while maintaining its original charm. Would definitely stay again!

The studio was right next to the Toyota Center and within walking distance to the rest of downtown and public transportation. They communicated really well with us about check-in and check-out. The space was simple and comfortable.

There wasn't enough bathroom soap and toilet paper placed there for our 4 days there, so that was uncomfortable but we made due

Wish there were more than one pillow per person, had to use decorative pillows for additional support which was awkward. Location is great, but don't expect it to quiet down before 2:30AM. Ear plugs were provided.

I loved the cleanliness and aesthetics of the apartment. it was well maintained and there were even a few toiletry items provided.

Very difficult to find property there is no signs on the building and only found it after calling host and receiving a picture of the building. Very noisy old building and area in desperate need of TLC.

Such a cute place close to Toyota Center, George R Brown and Discovery Green and lots of food places to eat. There was everything in the apartment that we needed. Lots of mirrors, coffee and even a toothbrush, since I forgot mine. Plenty of space for a couple The bed was comfortable and the space was very inviting.

The light on the AC was bright but it was cold outside so we just turned it off. It was a bit loud from cars outside but we appreciated the earplugs the host provided. The pillows were flat, the only real thing I'd change would be to have better pillows to sleep on. Otherwise the place was perfect. Would love to stay again.
