Platinum Suites Resort - Vacation Rentals

The location was decent. I liked the general size and layout of the unit and the underground parking.

The building and unit felt run down. When we checked in one toilet was broken which they fixed and then the bathroom light burnt out, edges of carpet are lifting and just showing signs of age and wear. I felt like for what I paid for the unit things would be a bit nicer. Also the kitchen dishes were tiny. Like toy plates and bowls not sure how you are supposed to eat a proper meal with them.

The AC heater couldn't be controlled for each room. If someone wanted the heater in their room, it went into the other rooms too.

We arrived an hour early, our check-in wasn't until 4:00 unfortunately didn't get the code for the key box until 4:05 After we phoned bookings.com they sent it to us as the owners had sent it to bookings. Minor mix up 😕

Pool, hot tubs and the suite we're all Great. We would definitely come back to this suite 👍

I liked everything. The view, the room size, the kitchen, the pool, everything. I highly recommend this resort.
