Platinum Suites Resort - Vacation Rentals

There was no breakfast. We did all our own cooking. The kitchen could use a better coffee pot, and nicer pots/pans. The oven was not cleaned well upon our arrival. Lighting is very poor and with better brighter lighting.

No extra garbage bags, and the dish washer lid would not open flat. The towel bar in one bathroom fell off their hanging clips so no place to hang a towel

Suite was roomy. Jacuzzi tub nice.

Bathroom door off its hinge and wouldn't close. Toilet tank lid missing. Kitchen lacked newer and variety of cookies dishes. Overall building and suite could use some updating given cost to stay at site. Garbage is located outside in parking lot. Couldn't figure out how to turn on bedroom lamps in either room.

Warm, clean, safe and lovely hot tub

It was very lovely! We appreciated the warmth and beauty of the location and condo. It was also very clean. Thank you!

A suggestion would be to provide some additional (and bigger )garbage bags so it is easier for guests to take out the garbage at the end of the stay( We had 4 people staying and we ate in the condo) Having a separate bin with bag for recycling ( ie: cardboard/ plastic, etc..) would also be helpful. The blue bin under the sink could then just be for bottles/ cans for refund.

It was a great suite and set up

Both bathrooms towel racks were broken king bedroom curtain off hooks couldn’t get movie player to work no extra garbage bags missing cookie sheet fry pan loose handle could of had extra blankets for lounging in living room

Location was not close to amenities, not in walking distance to anything, certain areas seemed a bit run down
