Easy check in and check out process. Huge apartment with one bedroom with a king bed and another with twin beds and the king room had a jacuzzi tub.

Appliances were a little old.Lighting in the villa was also a little old.

Pool and hot tub. Facilities and location. Good value. We have stayed here before and it is one of our favorites.

No extra bedding. Unable to address issue of no lights in one bathroom. Strong clorine smell in pool and hot tub.

We appreciated all access codes being provided to us by email - it made arrival time open according to our needs. the scenery and walking paths around the property and from our large windows was so gorgeous. We also enjoyed a few meals in our room and being able to do a bit of laundry before moving on.

For the five of us for four nights, we were only provided one bath and hand towel each and two washcloths. When we asked a housekeeper for 3 additional washcloths, she looked disgusted, did not answer but left two additional in our room.
