Platinum Suites Resort - Vacation Rentals

2 Bedrooms were large with private bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped with cooker microwave dishwasher washing and tumbledrier. Underground private parking. Great location situated at the foot of the mountains in Canmore.

Spacious kitchen with all the amenities, comfortable lounge area and balcony, clean and tidy, comfortable beds

The lighting in the main ensuite is very dim, lights over the stove didn’t work

Everything about this resort was exceptional. Beautiful secluded location with lovely views of the mountains. Wonderful decor and updated kitchen/bath. Would highly recommend for all visitors including families.

Only issue is parking could be extremely limited.

Very clean. Quiet area away from the town. Easy to get to surrounding areas. Lots of parking available. Very comfortable beds. Lots of space inside the condo itself.

The suite was very comfortable.

There was a “ water hammer” sound in our master suite that went on all night- very disturbing sound- kept us up. The garage floor was very dirty!

I like the location and hot tub / pool area

I have stayed in this place many many times but by far this was the least of my favourite units. The beds were not very comfortable, the coach was not a pull out sofa and there was not enough beddings. I asked for more but never got any. Paying $500 per night I am expecting a better service. We were also short of towels for bath and pool. The unit is dated. Also, only two bath robes for 6 people .

Huge 2 bed 2 bath apartment with full kitchen and washer dryer was very comfortable. Location was good although a car would be necessary to access town easily. Overall very happy with this accommodation.

Nothing to complain about although the carpark was very dusty. In it's day a first class complex however showing it's age now but price was reflective of that.
