"Your experience will depend on the weather"

1) incredibly well located 2) quite spacious 3) extremely attractive pricing!! 4) facilities: having a washing machine AND a tumble dryer is very handy

1) we stayed on the 4th floor, but the main lift was broken so we had to go to the 5th floor and then one floor down each time. Fine on a daily basis - not asuch when checking out with heavy luggage. 2) the floor was not very clean 3) the AC is by far not powerful enough for all three rooms. And even after several days of working 24/7, the temperature in the living room remained at 24-25 oC - not very comfortable. Moreover, the smaller bedroom (presumably kids' room) there was no ceiling fan, and the AC didn't reach it either - so it was the hottest of all three rooms (probably around 27-28 oC), and frankly quite difficult to sleep at night. The days when it hit 30 oC outdoors, that smaller bedroom was an oven.
