Relax in a modern Cardiff home by the City Centre & Bute Park

Love the apartment and amenities provided . Have stayed there before and will do so again . Location was Strategic for us . A pleasant Walk to City and near the National Express / Megsbus stop . Host were very accomodate and concerned

Noisy not enough pillows on bed Inadequate bedding Not enough towels hot water kept going off uncomfortably single bed settee no remote control very basic scratched tables coffee table

Luxurious! Heating was fantastic, everything was spotless, and the location of the apartment was great. Apartment is on the main road with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and museums.

The location is great, walking distance from city centre. Staff is very communicative.

Excellent location, just a short 10 minute walk into the city centre. There is a Lidl, just a short 5 minute walk away. The property was clean, tidy and had towels, soap, washing up liquid etc all left for our convenience. Host were very responsive too.

Unfortunately there were a couple of issues. We purposely booked an apartment as we’re were travelling as a family, so to have the luxury of a deprecate living room with a TV and sofa was one of the reasons we booked this apartment. The sofa - awfully uncomfortable, you could feel every spring when sat on it. We actually ended up having to sit on the floor with cushions as it was that uncomfortable. The television had BBC, we couldn’t access the itv app as it needed an update, and we didnt have the passcode to do this. It also had Netflix - but had no login for this. This was disappointing. The main TV remote was missing which meant ‘normal live’ tv couldn’t be watched. Similarly to the sofa issue, all the pillows in the property were in bits, it was as if they had been washed but not been properly dried and all the filling had got stuck together and was in clumps! Very uncomfortable. If it weren’t for those issues your property would have been 10/10 and that is such a shame.
