Relax in a modern Cardiff home by the City Centre & Bute Park

A very demanding, well-equipped, clean, comfortable newly built apartment! Good neighborhood, everything is nearby! It is easy to communicate with the accommodation tax, dear! I can recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff and looking for accommodation!*****

Location. Walking distance from the town centre. Convenience. Lidl is only a short walk away.

Didn't get any sleep. 8 mini flats squeezed into the building and it is very poorly done. In the flat above people were walking around all night, squeaky floorboards and from the slightest movement in the building the closed doors kept loudly banging in the flat. Had to use scrap cardboard squeezed between the doors and the doorframe to stop the noise. Nothing we managed to do about the noise coming from the other flats. The mattress is cheaper than cheap, worrying stains on the sofa and the dark towels weren't too comforting. Oh by the way, nice touch with the free coffee pods shame it is for a different type of coffee machine from the one supplied.

Property is very close to main city, we walked into the city each night (did not use a taxi service once). Place was very clean when we first arrived and bedrooms were lovely. The rooms had been decorated really nicely and had a fresh feeling to the place. Had everything you needed for a quick get away. There was a great cafe and pub round the corner if you didn’t fancy going into the city. They communicated extremely well. Any issues I had, I had a response in 10 mins via email and I could call them at any time. There was a few minor things that did not effect us and got sorted out straightaway. We spent two nights and it is extremely worth the money considering it’s location (especially if they’re is a group of you to split). Honestly was a lovely experience and 100% would book again without a doubt.

We had an issue getting into the property where they had not provided the code for the actual front door however this was resolved straight away when we gave them a quick ring. The sofa in the kitchen area was not comfy at all, if planning for someone to sleep there I don’t think it would be advised to. The room facing the road meant that in the morning you could hear the beeping of the pedestrian crossing as it was directly outside which was loud, however we just closed the window completely and it was improved slightly. It was only disclosed on the day before that they only have one parking spot they can add to a permit so if your taking two cars (we did), we had to pay for a weekend parking spot in the city on the Capitol Centre car park. This wasn’t an issue as we could get the train from Queens street station straight to Cathays station which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. It just means you will have to pay for a parking ticket (ours was £40 with ‘Your Parking Space’). Overall a very good experience.

It was clean, had everything you needed and was in a good location.

The sofa was very uncomfortable and there was only one fan for two bedrooms.

Location was perfect for our town centre purposes.

The location was perfect and very close to few of the attraction spots. The house itself was cleaning and tidy as well.
