Relax in a modern Cardiff home by the City Centre & Bute Park

cleanliness and well furnished. Location near the university and within walking distance of the centre. Big and clean fridge/ freezer. Tea/coffee, soaps, washing liquid, sponge, towels, toilet paper, bedding and kitchen towel were provided.- everything you need when you arrive into a rental.

We were there during the heat wave so it was really warm in the flat but to our surprise there was a fan in the wardrobe; made all the difference!

Great location and excellent communication from host prior too and during stay. Great base for exploring Cardiff

The sofa was very uncomfortable

We had to fix the sofa bed as it hadn't been made properly...not fun at 10.30 at night in the 30° heat

We were required to enter 4 numbers into the key pad on the door, but this did not work. Ended up having to ring an emergency number where a different 4 numbers were given, and we eventually gained access.

The view from the bedroom window could be much improved by having all the junk cleared away from the passageway and replacing the mess with a few potted plants

Less flexibility in check out times.

Staff were great and responsive. Sink, kettle, iron, oven and washing machine were all working well. There’s a hair dryer and coffee pod machine but we didn’t use them. They even gave a drying rack too! Upon my request, they gave us parking nearby till our stay end, and wifi. Bed in the room could be better, but small issue since we only use at night.
