Location and safety of the apartment. Parking was a bonus.

The kitchen needs some TLC. Kitchen cupboard doors hanging off and chipped work surfaces.

Proximity to the city centre Nice size

No WiFi the whole stay- contacted someone who said they would ask the owner and never heard back Hot water was very minimal- only 1 person could have a bath and no one else had hot water then. Used the boost button but made no difference.

"Apartment, price, parking and location all good. But very poor communication from host."

The property was good value for money and in the perfect location for us. We also appreciated the extended parking.

Communication with the owner was terrible. I tried countless times for several weeks to get any information, it was so frustrating, and kinda stressful when you are trying to plan a trip. I did eventually make contact, but had to ask most questions twice before getting a reply. This was a shame, it was a good stay other than this.

Spacious, good area, the parking.
