Very close to centre, parking space, two toilets, spacious

It was very cold when we arrived and we couldn’t figure out how to switch the heating on. It’s quite old fashion electric heating. It wasn’t very clean especially bathroom, kitchen needs some cleaning and renovation as well.

The property is clean and spacious. Close to the city centre.

The apartment is a good size with 2 bathrooms, one of those an unsuite. The location is ideal and parking onsite is a real bonus. The host was good enough to let me have a late check out too. Plenty of sockets. It was lovely and warm when I arrived.

It could do with a good dust throughout and the kitchen cupboard doors are a bit dodgy. The Internet doesn't work and the TV isn’t a smart TV.

The heating is broken, the host is not reachable to solve the issues. Internet also was not working. The water heating also had a problem where there was hot water for only 5 minutes every time and had to wait 2 hours for the next batch of hot water. Had to check out after the fist day to avoid getting sick.

Not like because window cut and hair on bed and very cold water bath,shower and table dont look clean.

Extremely poor experience. Despite making full payment, I attempted to contact the property several days before arrival to confirm my arrival time and obtain clear location and check-in details, but received no response. The address provided was too general, making it impossible to locate the property. As a result, I was unable to access the accommodation and had to book alternative lodging at my own expense. The owner only contacted me at 4:45 pm after a complaint was raised with Booking.com, which was already too late to resolve the issue. Due to the lack of communication and responsibility, I would not recommend this property to others.
