Ménage non fait, quand on se douche c’est la piscine municipale, four qui ne fonctionne pas, couverts manquants … nous avons eu du mal pour faire à manger !

The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and could be really nice if the issues were addressed.

The internet wouldn't work and was told nothing could be done about it as it was the weekend, we couldn't even connect to 4g! There was a dvd player in the lounge but the lead was missing so we couldn't watch any films also the tv remote worked intermittently. We only had 3 bath towels left for 4 of us and no hand towels, we did contact the host & she dropped some off the following day. En suite radiator didn't work and the ceiling was mouldy no fan working either. Main bathroom sink was cracked & no shower curtain so floor flooded when you showered.The toilet flush was difficult to push. The kitchen had a cupboard door hanging off and also trim hanging off of one cupboard. Toilet roll holder rusty.

Location fabulous. Bedrooms nice and comfortable. , stylish

The kitchen is a state. Doors falling off,nails sticking out of cupboards. Messy. Not cleaned properly. Window cracked and has tape on it. Thick dust on areas of bathroom and kitchen. A chain lock would be nice on inside door as a single traveller.

Property was clean and spacious. There was a little cleaning pack which was great. beds were comfortable and noise was minimal from other flats and outside. Great location for accessing the conference/o2 centre and town, only a few minutes walk to both

Shower in ensuite didn't work but maintenance came out straight away the next morning

Location was great - very central. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were great.

It could have been cleaner, especially in the living room and kitchen - felt a bit tired. Had to chase the host for check-in details, leading to concern that the stay was not confirmed.

Locatie.

Desinteresse van de eigenaar. Er was geen afstandsbediening voor de tv, heb het vanaf 1ste dag gemeld, veel excuses maar geen nieuwe gebracht. Het rook erg muf en had een sterke etensgeur, al leek dat laatste van de gang te komen.. Het appartement is niet vies, maar echt schoon was het ook niet te noemen. Laatjes vallen uit elkaar.. Chipsresten tussen de bankkussens, en de en suite was smoezelig. Het hele appartement kan wat TLC gebruiken, maar dat staat volgens mij niet hoog op de prioriteitenlijst van de eigenaren.

Apt was in great location and spacious.

Kitchen unit falling apart, unit door hanging off, Cupboard and draws greasy, kick board under kitchen unit falling off.wooden floor in kitchen area damaged and dangerous. Smoke detectors in draw no batteries,( health and safety)washing machine glass door broken. Extractor fan very dirty and greasy.clock on wall not working. Microwave rusty.Window broken over patio doors. Old Cloths on balcony. Coffee table wobbly No plug in bath. Main bedroom window does not shut,mould in on suite ceiling. Pants in bedroom chest of draws. Tiles in main math room sticky No high chair No welcome book/ apartment information .

So close to city centre. Roomy living space and bathrooms Quiet block of flats Comfy beds. Walls looked freshly painted

Kitchen cupboards falling to bits, and clock needed new battery. No tea towel or kitchen cloth, so used bath towel to dry cups and glasses. No dishwasher tablets. Ceiling of main bathroom was covered in mould. Tap in 2nd bathroom was very stiff. Edges of windows had mould growing in them. Very dusty in cupboards and areas not on show.

Right next to the city centre, perfect location.

Beds could do with being a bit bigger.
