Nothing really - a disappointing experience After travelling widely & extensively with Booking.com over past 3-4 yrs , this was well below parr

Check-In experience was disappointing Cleanliness was well below par - hairs in bedding was off putting ! Some Furnishing's broken - poor form for price ! Kitchen appliances need cleaning. Overpriced for the ordinary/average quality of this property A disappointing stay in this place

"Needs a new kitchen"

The beds were very comfy, bedding and bathrooms very clean. Good facilities. Really great location for the utilita arena and shopping.

If we were there more than one night I would have been really disappointed in the kitchen. It was falling apart and grubby. We only used 2 mugs and a spoon so really didn't bother us but I wouldn't have wanted to cook anything.

"Fab location, great apartment, will be back!"

Instructions were sent the day before and upon arrival, were very easy to follow. Location is fantastic, parking was great and the apartment was lovely. The beds are so comfortable and it's a lovely bright airy apartment. We went to a concert at the Utilita arena which was literally across the road. We will definitely be back.

One of the bedroom windows was broken and wouldn't close properly, but didn't bother us.
