Fantastic central location. Great communication from host. Staff onsite were super friendly.

Similar to other reviews, I agree that the beds are not comfortable. Apart from that, it is really good accommodation.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The staff on site were lovely. Very easy check in process and keypad for easy access. It's a beautiful building in perfect location. Having a toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven was fantastic. I loved it and had already booked 101 for flower festival in May. I can't wait to return.

It can be a little noisy at night but to be expected when in centre of Funchal. Being able to walk just a few minutes late at night after carnival was perfect. There is a lady playing the same tune for hours a day on an accordion which is annoying when you are feeling poorly and unable to shut it out, but of course out of the hands of the accommodation!

Beautiful apartments in a great central location with a nice little balcony to watch the world go by.They were spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A nice welcome touch a box of chocolates and water were provided.

Beautiful central location with cathedral opposite front entrance and everything within easy walk. The old city is very beautiful. Fruit market, street stalls, choice of cafes and restaurants all near Edificio Charles. Happy surprise walking up to the Sao Joao fort: Convent of Santa Clara, newly opened to public May 2023, simply magnificent!

Great location & high standard accomadation Friendly staff, very clean

The whole property looks well presented and clean, modern. Has all the facilities eg kitchen, luggage storage, large bathroom. The location is really central. It was a pleasure to stay there.

No parking around the flat.
