Nothing at all.

It didn’t look anything like the pictures. The place was tiny and gloomy on a very busy touristy street. The key kept getting jammed in the door. The fridge was broken and only the freezer worked properly. The bed was uncomfortable. Zero privacy with neighbors right across. Had they accepted to reimburse even partially I would have opted to find another accommodation. When i mentioned that the booking mentioned a terrace and that i had none, their response was that they would change the listing. Wow. Great effort. My advise? Pay more and go somewhere else.

Para poder entrar, me tomó al menos 10 minutos o más en la puerta del alojamiento, ya que la cerradura va fatal. Se que también abre con código, pero al dejar mis cosas dentro, me gusta cerrar con llave, por si acaso. Pues una odisea para abrir. También el alojamiento promete unas vistas que no tiene. Además, si vas a pasar varios días y tienes que comprar comida, probablemente se te ponga mala, ya que el frigorífico mas que enfriar, calienta.

The location was excellent. Even though it was on a busy street and surrounded by bars & restaurants, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. I’m a light sleeper yet I did not detect any external noise.

There were no hooks or bars for the bath towels!

L’emplacement et malgré mes craintes quant au bruit, l’appartement est muni de double fenêtres donc ça va.

L’arrivée qui a été longue et difficile pour communiquer et ce qui n’a pas aidé était que je n’avais pas de connexion internet ! Évier de la salle de bains complètement bouché L’accès à la terrasse qui était fermée et non accessible malgré ce que disait l’annonce : quand j’ai posé la question par mail : pas de réponse….

Very central, almost everything is within a 5-minute walk. When the doors/windows are closed, it is relatively quiet at night for such a central location. Weekends get a bit more rowdy when people party, but it's not too bad.

The apartment and the furniture are old and cheap. A door handle kept falling, drawers were not easy to open, the lights were cold and unpleasant. There was not much in the kitchen. Just the bare minimum, but you could hardly cook a decent meal. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so I had to leave the doors open most of the time, but there were no curtains, so no privacy. It made the stay much less comfortable.

Geweldige locatie midden in Albaicin. Appartement is ruim genoeg om ook voor langere tijd te verblijven, fijne compacte badkamer met regendouche. Het is heel bijzonder om een dakterras te hebben.

Wat beter zou kunnen is het hobbelige bed. Persoonlijk zou ik het bed en de bank vervangen. Of de bank proberen te reinigen. Maar mijn plezier in dit appartement was er niet minder om!
