Great location. Secure entry. Apartment well equipped with large comfy bed. Always plenty hot water for a shower

We stayed for 9 days, using the same set of towels. The apartment wasn't spotless and needed a clean.

Firstly, the location of this apartment is almost ideal if you like to stay in Granda on sightseeing purpose. Access to the Alhambra Palace was much easier I had thought by looking at the map. Also, there are many small restaurants around this apartment which enhanced the convenience of this accommodation. Furtherly the cost performance was high.

The shower run ok, but there was no door like thing and splash naturally wetted the floor of shower room inlet which was not so pleasant. There were two keys left in the room. One of them was a key for the entrance door to lock from inside, but we were not able to find what the other was to be used: we asked the host but no answer. There was a door to go outside (seemed to be an access to the terrace or emergency exit), but that did not open. NO instruction how to use the kitchen or how it is cleaned up after the stay. The real problem was there was no instruction for garbage, and for which we asked questions WhatsApp, but the answers were not adequate to us who did know nothing about how garbage needed to separately dispose in Spain. We googled the rule for ourselves. The coffee maker did not work some reason with the capsules, and this was not taken care of to the end of stay. Although they use WhatsApp, it went not smoothly. The notification of the final guaranteeing process (by deposit) did not come automatically. Such deposit process schedule should have been notified at the time of reservation. Despite of the fact the room was clean and well prepared, the management side was not as good as that. There should be much improvement made.

Très bruyant car fenêtres n' isolent pas du tout (appartement au 2eme). Rue très passante et bruyante les jeudis, vendredis, samedis jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Le double vitrage ne fonctionne pas car fermoirs cassés. Équipement en couverts très juste (2 fourchettes!). Télévision en panne et non réparée malgré demande et venue d'une personne. Wifi ne fonctionne pas et nous avons dû utiliser celui d'un autre appartement.. donc pour le prix, les services proposés n' étaient pas disponibles. De plus, il vaut mieux donner heure de prise d' appartement à l' heure prévue sur le contrat car si vous êtes honnêtes et que vous adaptez l' horaire, vous devrez attendre pour avoir le code. Et donc si un peu d' avance, vous attendez jusqu' à l' heure que vous avez donné. Donc mettre 16 h dans le contrat et 11h pour départ..car ils sont difficiles à joindre..

Estuvimos cinco días y no tenía ni wifi ni televisión cuando en la publicidad sí dicen que cuentan con esos servicios, y nos comunicamos con el anfitrión que dijo que lo miraría pero no supimos nada más y en ningún momento funcionó internet.

La ubicación estaba muy bien.

Me falla que no tenga la TV en la habitación. Luego a la cocina, le pondría un horno, y más artículos de cocinar, pero estaba bien.

Great location in the old Moorish part of town. 15mins walk to the justice gate of the al hambra. Easy wandering in the streets. Lots of food options close. Well equipped, plenty of hot water. Communication good and they got us an earlier check in. Coded entry so all very easy as long as you read all the details.

Pillow was one big long one on the double bed.
