L'appartamento è come presentato nell'annuncio, ottima la posizione in una via centrale della città da cui è facile raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni. Siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio quindi abbiamo fatto un self check in, non abbiamo incontrato il nostro host.

l'appartamento è stato rinnovato da poco ma risente un po' dell'umidità generale del vecchio stabile di cui fa parte che è molto mal conservato e mal tenuto nelle parti comuni

Locația este foarte aproape de centru si piețe și zone pietonale. Ajungi pe jos. Aerul condiționat funcționa

A durat aproximativ 3 saptămani până am stabilit contact cu gazda. I-am scris pe booking dar mi-a răspuns foarte tarziu pe Whatsapp, dar după aceea am comunicat usor Hota nu mergea Baie modestă, dușul este întradevar mic, și stergeam pe jos cu cârpa Nu are loc de parcare, destul de greu de parcat in zona. In fața cladirii primești amendă daca nu platesti. Geamul din dormitor este instabil Vesela nu era spălata bine

Отлична локация на централна улица, големи стаи с всичко необходимо. Лука изпрати подробно разяснение за настаняването, нямахме проблем с откриването на хотела и настаняването.

Тъй като е на оживена улица, през нощта беше доста шумно, хавлиите и спалното бельо определено имат нужда от подмяна, имаха петна от неясен произход и не бяха чисти. Душът е много малък и тесен и по-високи и едри хора биха имали проблем с къпането. В стаите беше задушно и влажно, с неприятна миризма, не можеше да се проветри и беше страшно дискомфортно.

Appartamento curato e pulito, comodo a tutti i servizi. Proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile... Sicuramente consigliato per girare la città a piedi. Grazie mille per tutto..

Appart propre confortable facilité d accès à proximité des commerces calme et le propriétaire très arrangeant et toujours disponible je reviendrai séjourné

Il manque juste une bouilloire et assiette un peu trop petite mais sinon tout est bien

1. Communication with the owner: 10/10. Luca provided detailed information about the key collection (with video), recommended cafes and restaurants nearby, promptly answered all our questions. One of the most helpful hosts we've ever met! 2. Location: 10/10. In the city centre (at the crossroads of Via Crociferri and Sangiuliano), 6 minutes walk to the main square along a pleasant street with cafes and restaurants. Quite safe to walk even in the evening. 3. The apartment is spacious enough to stay for a couple of nights to explore the city. 4. We visited Catania at the end of May, the temp was around +26-28C and it was rather comfortable inside without having to use air conditioner. Don't know how it feels in hot summer... In spite of some minuses we would definitely recommend Sangiuliano282!!!

1.The apartment faces a very noisy street. (At night I had to use earplugs) It's nice, that it's got good double-glazed windows with noise reduction, but it seems that the mechanisms in these windows are not adjusted properly, because they do not close well and do not reduce noise at all! I think, the host can sort out the problem. 2. We would advice Luca to provide some wine glasses and new towels (those in the bathroom and kitchen were quite old) 3. The shower is really tiny! Though the owner warned us about it. And we were aware of it from previous reviews. Not comfortable, but OK.
