The place is quiet and equipped with two efficient A/Cs, which are perfect to cool down quickly the entire house. The bathroom has a window for good ventilation. The apartment is close to everything you need to visit in the old town. It is at the cross with Via Crociferri where you can find good food at local restaurants at very good prices. Luca was very helpful with the transfer from and to the airport.

I really liked the flat. It is spatious, modern, neat. It is 5 min from the University and 7 min from the main square. Quiet street. You wake up and see oleander trees in bloom from your window. Totally recommend. Late chek-in possible. No problem getting in. Best lokation in town, really. The building is historical. It has its charm. I really enjoyed my short stay.

The building itself is not well kept. The fascade is rundown, the inner yard is unkept. The town itself is full of graffity, there are homeless people in the street, garbage. Catania is better than Palermo, but still it is sad to see such a beautiful place at such a state. The flat itself is way better than its surroundings.

The best location in Catania, only 5 minutes walking to all city attractions, and yet the neighborhood is quite and safe. Luca was great, he helped us to get to the apartment because we arrived late at Sunday night and couldn’t get taxi or bus from the airport. The apartment is new and clean, fast Wi-fi, two air conditioners, refrigerator full of bottled water. Everything was perfect!
