There were nice prepacked breakfast items available and it was nice to have milk jam and coffee provided and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect. Close to the town but in a quiet spot. Parking in the streets was easy and the app made paying for parking easy.

There was nothing not to like. The stairs might be a problem for older visitors.

Located in the heart of Catania, the apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the main bus station and 30 minutes from the train station. It’s on the top floor with no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests. A major issue is the extremely thin walls, making it easy to hear neighbors at night, which can be quite disruptive. Cleanliness was also lacking, especially in the shower, and there were noticeable signs of mold on the walls and ceiling. A broom would have been useful for tidying up. On the plus side, the host provided a good amount of coffee, packaged croissants, buns, and cakes, as well as two bottles of milk and a juice in the fridge. The bed was fairly comfortable. However, despite the convenient location, the overall value for money was not the best. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Amazing place, is clean there we found all amenities to cooking, also they leaf the food for our breakfast. Is close to the Main Street so we can walked and knew the center of the city and another historic places. Near to the bus stop to go to the train station and to the airport.

Up 3 flights of stairs, and you need to be able to carry your bags up on your own. There is a smell of drains in the bathroom, much like most of Catania, not bad, just shut the bathroom door!
