Lovley place to stay in very close to main centre

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was great, close to key attractions and transport. The host was kind and very attentive, quickly answering all my questions. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary utilities for cooking. Entering the room was very easy, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

The black spots in the bathroom's silicone sealant should be addressed, as they detract from the overall cleanliness.

there was no elevator

Great location, easy to find, lots of restaurants and shopping places near but quite street, fully equipped, clean and comfortable kitchen, living room and bathroom. Spacious apartments.

No lift....

The apartments are spacious and very well located in walking distance to everything, sites bars, cafes etc.. The units are large and have the basics for a long stay. I found the apartment to be very clean and the mattress and bedding is very good.

1. After you check-in, communication is horrible if there is a problem you are on you own (that was my experience) 2. There is no elevator and even units on the "1st floor” must navigate stairs (should be disclosed) 3. There is no sound proofing. I could hear everything from below me including the crying baby, cleaners etc. The white metal support posts are basically hollow loudspeakers. If your neighbor taps them, it echos thru the apartment like a drum. If you are a light sleeper, or bothered by other people’s conversations (and arguments) look elsewhere. 4. No place to sit comfortably. The gold sofa & chair in unit 4 should be thrown out. I have been traveling for the last 6 months living in vacation rentals all over the world and this…. Is the worse seating that I’ve encountered so far. Both the sofa and chair are designed to be beds. The sofa sinks in the back to create a brilliant backache and the chair is so deep that even I (at 6’4”) cannot touch the back without using all the pillows in the apartment? The dining room chairs are equally useless without pillows. The last time that I sat on anything this uncomfortable was when I slept/sat on a futon 35 years ago. On this this sofa/chair is very old and much much more uncomfortable. 5. Despite the name and clever photos, there is not “patio” and if you want “light” you have to stare at your neighbors. 6. Unprofessional Management.. In the middle of my stay they scheduled construction in the building which included jack-hammering holes in the wall to install video camera. It started while I was in the middle of a business conference and with NO warning and no communication. When I reached out to management, they did not respond. Hence #1 above.
