Your check-in will be arranged at the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Wonderful apartment in fabulous Coimbra"

The unit had beautiful modern decor and was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location right across from the park and river, plus close to major attractions. Out of 4 apartments we booked through Booking.com in Northern Portugal, this was by far the best.

Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht in einen Park und auf den Fluß. Sehr zentral gelegen, man erreicht alles, was wichtig ist gut zu Fuß. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch der eigene, im Preis inbegriffene Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Gute Ausstattung.

Nice, clean, spacious, modern apartment with a wonderful view of the park and the river. Close to the old city center. The TV and air conditioners were excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The glass table was hard to clean. The grocery stores were far from the apartment.

The location is excellent and included secured private parking (in Portugal parking is always an issue). The main shopping and restaurant area is a short walk from the property and Uber rides are very cheap. Highly recommend crossing the street to the large park in front of the apartment and taking the 1 hour river boat ride. Very nice and informative.

Nothing to dislike. The host had prepared the apartment exceptionally well with a very useful manual detailing how to operate all the appliances. TV stations included Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, CNN, CBS and more.
