Very good location and clean. Well equipped.

We arrived at 20:00 and we found there was no heating system and it was 8º outside (and inside). They left one electric heater that wasn’t working. We’ve tried to get in touch with the owners and we didn’t get any answer.

Clean. Good central location.

With no address given in booking information it was difficult to find. Very spartan furnishings: kitchen chairs and front room couch only place to set-out luggage, no bedside lamp.

Very clean and comfortable we came early, and they made an effort to make the room available for us ASAP, including allowing us to leave our luggage before we received the room so we had hand free to start touring Coimbra

In general, I'm not too fond of the idea of not meeting the host in person and getting your key from a safe box on arrival

Location was perfect! So close to train station and everything we wanted to see!

The apartment is big and with a kitchen. The location is very central.

We got a message about the keys to the apartment but missed out the part about the keys because it was in Portuguese and we were outside for 15mins asking the neighbors for help. There isn’t a name of the apartment on the front door.

The location was great. It was just a few minutes walk from train station and there were lots of good restaurants around. It was clean and the bathroom newly renovated.

Wifi didn’t work mostly. The building wasn’t sound proof and floor was wood&completely bare so you would hear every noise from the upstairs in any time like walking with shoes, dragging something, closing the doors etc and it was very disturbing.

Many minor issues: no remote for TV, not replaced despite request for same; bathroom sink stopper not working; shower gel dispenser broken; no proper heating system, consisted of two noisy portable floor heaters; almost impossible to access by car; no street address on Booking site; difficult access into building with common key location; absolutely bare walls making for sterile apartment.
