The location was good; close to the University and to a pedestrian area for shopping and restaurants.

We could not drive to the door, we had to roll our bags over cobblestone streets. It also was difficult for me to find.

Newly refurbished, strong water pressure in the shower with lots of hot water, host was very responsive, location was excellent, dog friendly as it was abt 100m to grass/park, coffee machine

Strong WIFI signal in the living room (no signal in the bedroom) but speed was extremely slow at 1 mbps at best. The host mentioned that the building wasn't able to get a fibre connection. We ended up buying our own mobile internet and it worked beautifully. kitchen was true to the picture which was very small for any actual cooking requiring preparation. On arrival, some essentials were missing/empty/limited (e.g. bin bags, washing up liquid, shampoo/soap, toilet rolls, mugs, bowls) but host was responsive and replaced them the next morning. Unable to use the small freezer because too much ice was built up.
