The apartment was perfect for our stay, we had a conference in Colombo and it was lovely to come back to the apartment at the end of the day. The staff were excellent and the owner went beyond expectation. We would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Great views from the apartment and you can also see the train regularly throughout the day which is great. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was also a great addition although I don’t think it’s running water but I’m unsure. We still had a dip in the pool- very warm water 😅

A couple of sun beds by the pool would be great as unless you’re in the pool you have to sit on the floor as nowhere to sit. Also an umbrella for some shade. Some cupboards were broken but we didn’t need them anyway.

The apartment was well maintained and located in a prime area with easy access to the best of Colombo. Easy to locate and get around. The sea view was majestic and the sound of the waves early in the morning were delightful.

Had an issue with one ac tripping, but was rectified. There was an awful smell in the lift area outside the apartment suddenly probably due to animal urine, but it was cleaned only after a long time

Un grand appartement fonctionnel, spacieux, très clair, avec une très belle vue sur la mer, très agréable. Trois chambres, trois salles de bain. Bien placé proche des grands hôtels internationaux dans un quartier moderne et propre . Personnel disponible et gentil.

"Lovely clean apartment."

We appreciated having our own rooms and bathrooms for a night during the trip. The apartment was clean and had everything one could need. Lounge area small side if inside for long periods however the rooftop pool and view makes it worth it. It was close to many sights however we didn’t have time to explore.

If you are short you may have trouble reaching the dishes.
