Lovely Sea View Apartment

Location was good as the sea view is good from balcony as the pic was.

We did not like the property because 1. They have given wrong address , wrong name of property 2. Only one Australian phone number was given which is not reachable. No Local person number was there. 3. One room AC was not working (Bedroom 2) 4. Manger did not attend call or in person after check in to the hotel. Only at the time of check out , he came to check the room and payment. 5. The owner is irresponsible fully specially in the mater of communication. 6. With same Property pictures there are another 3 properties in Colombo which is very confusing. 7. No trace , no booking.com Logo only AIRBNB logo or No sign board on this apartment name in front of the building. 8. Check the building apartment name and address in the attached pic which are completely wrong as it is given in the booking.com

Location and views were wonderful. The rooftop pool was superb. Shan was a delight, brilliant service.

Cleanliness could have been better, but we are picky when it comes to cleanliness.

no customer service manager ask me take out my own garbage no idea where to dump the garbage too and we had carry out our own bags down when check out and leave on time 11am even there was no electricity for 5 hours from morning unable to have breakfast or have tea 1 ac was not working waterways leaking on dinning table we had been in other residence but they provide customer service

Nice apartment with good facilitates. Good views of the seafront though not a beach you can access as the sea is very rough at this point. When we were there it was a little rainy so we didn't venture down to the seafront. Three good size rooms and three bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine available in one of the bathrooms. Few eating places in walking distance but you really need to take a tuktuk.

Previous occupant had left food and sweets out in the open and the apartment hadn't been deep cleaned afterwards. Several rooms had bugs/ants climbing the walls and onto us/our things. When reported to the management they came and cleaned the areas we pointed out and sprayed. This got rid of the ones we had pointed out but obviously there were other areas we had not yet spotted. What it needed was a deep clean which they could only do once we had left and the apartment was empty. Sadly this spoiled the experience for us.

Lots of space, fantastic view of Indian Ocean. Had filtered tap water which really helped saving on buying bottles. Rooftop pool lovely

The facilities and the view. The location is very apt and all main points are at a walking distance.

Cockroaches in one bathroom. The leaking AC in one room. The local train noise every hour as tracks are right in front.

It was so clean and staff was friendly.. It was so convenient for everything.. We had a lovely stay at the place.. We were sad that we couldn’t book the apartment for another few nights.. Hopefully our next visit will be at the same apartment..

It would be nice if there was a big mirror at the front.. It was a bit disappointing.. The big mirror was not at the right place and it was hidden.. We came for a wedding and it was a disadvantage at the property.. Other than that there is nothing we can find any fault
