Awesome property

Nothing, all was great

Everything was clean and tidy! The perfect stay for friends, close to everything. A walking distance from the city center + the marine. we felt very safe in the apartment. The hosts were amazing, very quick to answer and helped us get in personally when we got there. Amazing stay and would definitely stay there again if I’m ever again in Cozumel! Very recommended 🙏🏼

The place is bigger than expected. There is a full-size kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a beautiful garden outside with chairs and table/ umbrella. The bed was comfortable. There are beautiful art pieces inside and outside the apartment. Most importantly, the host is local.

The water pressure wasn't strong in the bathroom, but good in the kitchen. The lighting in the bathroom isn't the greatest. The mirror in the bathroom was leaning on the wall beside the sink. It was not easy to shave.

Power goes out, water turns off, lacking some utensils and cookware, refrigerator was suspect

The house is a proper house, there a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, all separated. well furnished, well equipped and with a garden and entrance gate to lock. The host was very good and helpful

Maybe the mattress a little too hard for me personally.

The owner was very helpful and provided restaurant recommendations

Liked the location of the apartment next to some markets and easy to walk around from there. Also like the little courtyard, very nice and private. But not private from the rental you share a courtyard with.

The bedroom doesn't have any windows, I didn't notice that we booking it, and it was kind of a disappointment. The living room space also isn't very comfortable, but wasn't much of an issue as we weren't there long and preferred sitting in the nice courtyard anyway. The bedsheets also smelled VERY strongly of laundry soap, and I am not super sensitive to smells, but this was so strong it woke me up in the night; very overwhelming and unpleasant.
