Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, gute Parkmöglichkeit und 2 Balkone. Sehr geräumiges Bad mit ebener Dusche. Zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Einkaufen.

Objekt liegt an der Hauptstraße, so dass vor allem tagsüber sehr viel Verkehr herrscht, so dass der Balkonaufenthalt etwas eingeschränkt ist.

Wir sind von der Villa Ostsee sehr begeistert, wir haben unseren 3. Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Dieses Mal waren wir in der Wohnung 4. Alles war wieder super, viel Platz mit 2 Kindern, sehr ruhig und modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man im täglichen Alltag braucht, eine Waschmaschine kann im Haus genutzt werden. Super! Und wir kommen wieder!
