Villa Ostsee

Jättefint boende med bra köksutrustning, spis och ugn så man kunde laga mat själv. Rymliga rum, ett med dubbelsäng och ett med två separata sängar. Många garderober så vi kunde förvara kläder och annat under vistelsen. Trevligt med en bastu (lågtemp, ca 60grader). Nära till centrala Göhren och de två badstränderna.

Boendet låg vid Göhrens huvudgata, så det var ganska mycket ljud från trafik och annat utifrån även nattetid. Dock inget problem om man stängde fönstren då de var bra isolerade. Vid ankomst behövde man betala en sorts turistskatt som var ganska mycket pengar och behövde betalas kontant. Detta hade vi missat, men lyckligtvis fanns det en bankomat precis utanför så det löste sig snabbt.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was very pleasant to spent a family vacations here.

Everything was almost perfect, but I can mention 2 small nuisances. It seems the owners are not used to international clients, so all the information and instructions were only in German as well as the communication with staff. This can be overcome of course, but if they at least tried, it would be better. Also the room description promised Nespresso compatible machine, but Tassimo one was present.

The location is superb. A short walk to the beach and right in the centre of town, close to all the restaurants. The apartment itself was extremely clean and had everything you need and more. A bonus was a huge Smart TV for a nice movie night with the kids after a long day running around on the beach,

If I had to pick something, and this is me being really picky, the sofa could have been a bit more comfortable. But this is a very minor point.

Had to wait for 2 hours and the landlady was harsh and careless.

The beds should have been soft and the pillow covers were not enough. The bath room had no curtain so water got spilled over the bathroom.
